Travel Pharmacist - $3,306 per week in Toledo, OH

Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year Acute experience required License: Must have a valid pharmacy license in hand Certifications: RPh, Non-sterile compounding Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Description: Shifts will be either 07:30 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:30. Travelers will work every third weekend. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The staffing ratio during the day is 1:2 and 1:1 on weekends. The volume typically ranges from 250 to 300 patients per day. Familiarity with Epic Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy software is a major plus. Floating to other units and/or facilities may be required. Travel pairs are accepted, but if related, candidates must work on different units. No block scheduling is offered across all units. Travelers should be prepared to work with unit leaders for any scheduling concerns. References from within the last 24 months are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with compounding pharmacy and retail pharmacy settings. Additional skills and competencies will be assessed during the selection process.
