Promotes continued improvement within the pharmacy scope of practice. Processes orders and prescriptions to provide medications and pharmaceutical supplies ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners. Advises healthcare staff, residents, and patients in the safe administration of medication. Follows established policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Participates in the development and ensures compliance with compliance activities.
