Active California Pharmacist license in good standing.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
At least 2 years of recent clinical or hospital pharmacy experience.
Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
Strong knowledge of IV medications, oncology protocols, and pharmaceutical safety standards.
