Active California Pharmacist License in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
Proficiency with hospital pharmacy software systems and automated dispensing machines.
