Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Process prescriptions in a timely manner
• Adhere to policies and laws regarding controlled substances
• Counsel patients with current medication knowledge
• Maintain flexibility to work in various settings as needed

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Current and active state Pharmacy license, Arizona preferred
• BLS certification
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in hospital settings, including ER exposure
