Key Responsibilities
Provide specialty outpatient pharmacy services
Review and verify medication orders
Counsel patients regarding specialty medications
Coordinate medication access and insurance approvals
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure safe medication management and regulatory compliance
