Travel Pharmacist - $3,519 per week in San Mateo, CA

Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of prior Acute Care Client Pharmacy experience required. License: Valid CA License required. Certifications: RPh and PharmD preferred. Must-Have: Epic charting experience required. First-time travelers accepted. Candidates must be willing to rotate through retail and inpatient settings. Candidates must reside 75+ miles from the facility. Description: Inpatient Pharmacist position available for 4x10 day shifts. Shifts will range from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. No overnight shifts are required. Every third weekend is required. Candidates should possess experience with ambulatory care and outpatient clinic, anticoagulation therapy, compounding, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, retail pharmacy, and sterile technique. Experience with carousel systems and Pyxis is preferred. Candidates will work with adult and geriatric patient populations. Daily census and specific patient diagnoses will vary.
