340B Program Coordinator – Pharmacist

Location: Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: 13-week temp-to-perm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with the potential to transition to remote over time

Pay:

  • $3,602 weekly travel pay
  • $85 per hour for local candidates

We are seeking an experienced 340B Program Coordinator to oversee the operational performance, compliance, audit readiness, and financial integrity of a hospital-based 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the 340B Program
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Support financial performance and program optimization
  • Review pharmacy purchasing, billing, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle processes
  • Analyze program data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Provide 340B training and education to employees
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and compliance responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or PharmD Five years of experience overseeing a 340B pharmacy program Acute-care hospital experience preferred Experience with pharmacy purchasing, billing, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle processes Apexus 340B certification required Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMRs, and pharmacy purchasing systems
