Travel Pharmacist - $3,686 per week in Iron Mountain, MI

**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by #/hour.** Certs/Licensure Requirements: Michigan pharmacist/controlled substance license - Required What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.): inpatient pharmacy department. ER/ICU/Inpatient/Infusion center/oncology center Pharmacy supports all inpatient operations Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Compounding/order entry/order vedrification inpatient knowledgable required Experience or 'Must have' skills: competent inpatient rph/ Prefer paragon experience inpatient qualified/Pyxis experience Pharmacy Techs: Will be working with and supervising pharmacy techs We have ecxellent technicians Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) no self schedueling. There is a rotation every 3rd weekend and 7 days of call every 3 weeks Schedule will need to be followed once written Weekend Requirements: every 3rd weekend Yes every 3rd possible more until staff stability achieved Holiday Requirements: if its during there rotation as falls in the rotation Is there an on-call requirement: yes 7 nights every 3 weeks Yes every 3rd possible more until staff stability achieved Medication Dispensing System?
