Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist
Provide pharmaceutical care and services

Requirements of the Pharmacist
One (1) year of Pharmacist experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy
Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required
