Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in an acute care hospital setting. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to inpatient populations, ensure safe medication management, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support high-quality patient outcomes. This position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with 10-hour day/evening shifts.
