Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist
Order verification, product check and release
Remote sterile compounding verification
Perform clinical tasks including IV-PO conversions, renal dose review
Aminoglycoside and anticoagulation dosing
Requirements of the Pharmacist
Valid WI license or ACT 10
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year hospital experience; residency trained or 3 years preferred
