Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist- Order verification, product check, and release
- Remote sterile compounding verification and clinical tasks
- Perform IV-PO conversions, renal dose reviews, and aminoglycoside/anticoagulation dosing
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare staff
Requirements of the Pharmacist- WI license or ACT 10
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience or residency trained; 3 years preferred
