Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist
Order verification, product check and release
Remote sterile compounding verification
Perform clinical tasks such as IV-PO conversions, renal dose reviews, aminoglycoside and anticoagulation dosing
Collaborate with teams in both sterile compounding and nonsterile roles
Requirements of the Pharmacist
Valid WI license, ACT 10 accepted
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience; residency trained or 3 years of experience preferred
