Inpatient Pharmacist jobs in Portland, OR start August 3, 2026, with an 8-week contract and 40 hours per week on variable shifts. You must have an active Oregon state license, a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, and Epic experience.
Your responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications, monitoring patient therapies, and collaborating with the healthcare team. You will document medication management using Epic and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
