Shifts: Monday-Friday 06-1430, 0730-1600, 1200-2030, 1330-2200, and rotating weekends
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Weston, WI. This position involves working in diverse healthcare settings such as ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR, cardiac cath, and EPS. The Pharmacist will be part of a professional inpatient team and will support medication management across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist- Cover areas such as ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, and OR
- Participate in medication management and dosing, including Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycosides, and Heparin
- Manage TPN and oversee pharmacy operations
Requirements of the Pharmacist- Valid WI License. BCPS preferred
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Inpatient staffing experience
- Understanding of USP 797 standards
