Conflux Systems is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Registered Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a retail pharmacy setting while providing exceptional patient care and medication management services.

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift
Pay Rate:$58.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company pharmacy regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff.
- Administer immunizations and other pharmacy services as permitted by state regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting patient safety.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
- Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, medication therapy, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
