Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and verify medications from the central pharmacy to automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs)
- Monitor cold storage for vaccines and parenteral agents
- Manage controlled substances, including auditing and reporting
- Review medication orders for appropriateness, duplications, and interactions
- Provide drug information and perform medication history reviews
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication management.
