Travel Pharmacist – Night Shift | Ogden, UT
We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Ogden, Utah.
Location: Ogden, UT
Shift: Nights | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off (Wednesday through Tuesday)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Support nursing and physician teams with medication management
- Manage pharmacy operations during night shifts alongside pharmacy technicians
- Monitor clinical interventions using pharmacy software systems
- Provide pharmaceutical care across multiple specialty units including ICU, NICU, ED, OR, Rehab, Behavioral Health, and Trauma services

- Pharmacy staffed 24/7
- Documentation systems include Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis, and VigiLanz
