We're seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization in the Bentonville area. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for long-term employment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday daytime hours
• Occasional weekend rotation (approximately once every 3 weeks)
• Optional on-call opportunities

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medications
• Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication use
• Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Support medication safety and regulatory compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Experience in specialty, retail, infusion, long-term care, or related pharmacy settings welcomed
