Day Shift 2 pharmacists in unit dose, 1 in IV, 1 in satellite, 1 in ED, 3 in the tower, 1 critical care rounding, 1 ID pharmacist, oncology pharmacist, COE pharmacist help
Night Shift - 2 pharmacists in unit dose, 1 in IV, 1 in satellite. Overnight- 1 pharmacist. COE pharmacist help

Order verification and medication final verification
Performs clinical dosing per established guidelines and documents clinical tasks in Vigilanz software
