Key Responsibilities- Dispense and verify prescription medications in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients
- Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines
- Support pharmacy operations across assigned cost center areas as needed
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license valid in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel pharmacy experience in a hospital or health system setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and electronic health records
