Outpatient Oncology Clinic
EPIC Charting
One Week Department Orientation
Verify chemotherapy and oncology medication orders using EPIC.
Review and manage oncology treatment plans.
Answer provider and patient questions regarding chemotherapy regimens.
Verify sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding completed by pharmacy technicians.
Collaborate with oncology providers and pharmacy staff to ensure safe, accurate medication management.
Active Colorado Pharmacist License (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of dedicated Oncology Pharmacist experience
Outpatient Oncology Clinic or Inpatient Oncology Specialist experience
Experience using EPIC preferred
BCOP Certification preferred but not required
