Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify inpatient medication orders in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy
• Perform medication reconciliation and review patient profiles for drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy
• Provide clinical consultation and drug information to healthcare team members as needed
• Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working in an inpatient or hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of medication safety standards and pharmacy best practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with inpatient pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• Board certification in a pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCCP, or similar)
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and inpatient regulatory requirements
