Job Title

Staff Pharmacist – Retail (PRN)

Cleveland, OH | Various Onsite Client Sites (East and West Side)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | PRN | 8-Week Assignment | 1–2 days per week, 2–7 hours per event | No guaranteed days or hours

Key Responsibilities

• Administer flu shots at onsite flu shot clinics for various local businesses across the East and West sides of the Cleveland area
• Travel to various client sites as assigned; flexibility required as days and hours vary based on client need
• Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations in a variety of onsite business environments
• Utilize Epic functionality as required during clinic events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) degree
• Active RPh license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Current Immunization Delivery certification
• Must be flexible with scheduling; no guaranteed hours or days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
• Previous experience administering flu shots or vaccines in a clinical or retail setting
