Contract | Onsite | Days | 10-hour shifts, varying between 0600–2200; every 4th–6th weekend required; holidays as assigned; one night of on-call per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy services across all hospital service areas including ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath Lab, and Hospice
• Perform Pyxis pulls, patient medication reviews, and medication protocol/dosing management
• Participate in MDR rounding and Drug Therapy Management (DTMs)
• Handle phone triage for medication-related inquiries
• Prepare and oversee sterile compounding using established protocols
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support safe medication dispensing

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacist License required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with sterile compounding is required
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations is required
• Familiarity with Epic EHR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple hospital service areas (ER, ICU, Hospice, etc.)
• Ability to self-manage scheduling flexibility across a variety of shift times
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for phone triage and interdisciplinary rounding
