Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical pharmacy services within a high-acuity, quaternary academic medical hospital setting
- Support advanced cardiac care, comprehensive oncology services, and multi-organ transplantation programs
- Manage medication therapy for a complex patient population within a large inpatient census environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including rotating medical learners and clinical staff
- Ensure safe and effective medication use in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical pharmacy skills with experience in high-acuity or complex patient care environments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
- Background in specialty areas such as cardiac care, oncology, or transplant pharmacy
- Familiarity working within an academic or teaching hospital environment
