Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services within a high-acuity hospital environment, including a Level II Trauma Center
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient medication therapy
- Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse reactions, and therapeutic outcomes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital pharmacy policies during overnight hours
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license valid in the state of Florida (or compact eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Travel contract experience or willingness to work in a travel capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or trauma center setting
- Familiarity with high-volume hospital pharmacy operations
- Experience working overnight or extended shift schedules
