Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services within a high-acuity pediatric hospital setting
• Prepare, review, and verify intravenous (IV) medications and admixtures
• Review IV orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety
• Collaborate with a team-based, fast-paced clinical environment supporting a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level 4 NICU
• Support pharmacotherapy needs across a large pediatric medical center

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of IV experience or current IV Certification
• Must test negative for nicotine
• Ability to work night shift on a 7 on / 7 off rotation schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a pediatric inpatient or teaching hospital environment
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or NICU setting
• Familiarity with travel pharmacy assignments and traveler-friendly environments
