Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | 7 on / 7 off Rotation — Night shift options: Thursday–Saturday 1900–0700, Sunday–Wednesday 2000–0700; Weekend option: Friday–Sunday 1100–2330
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient pharmacy services within a high-acuity pediatric hospital setting
Review and verify IV compounding and admixture preparations
Perform clinical pharmacist duties including medication order review and verification
Support nuclear medicine (NM) offerings as applicable
Collaborate with a fast-paced, team-based clinical staff in a Level 1 Trauma and Level 4 NICU environment
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license (must meet state requirements)
Minimum 2 years of IV experience or IV Certification required
Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
Must test negative for nicotine
Preferred Experience / Skills
Pediatric pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Experience in a trauma or NICU environment
Familiarity with nuclear medicine pharmacy offerings
