Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 8–10 Hour Shifts (Weekdays 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Weekends 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday Rotation | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders within the electronic health record system in a central inpatient pharmacy setting
• Review and check technician work to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Respond to pharmacist phone calls and collaborate with clinical staff across multiple units
• Dispense inpatient unit dose medications and prepare inpatient and outpatient IV products
• Support outpatient chemotherapy preparation and dispensing
• Manage multiple concurrent responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced inpatient pharmacy environment serving units including Med/Surg, ICU, OB/GYN, ED, and outpatient oncology

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License required
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a high-volume central inpatient pharmacy
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage change effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system highly preferred
• Familiarity with inpatient pharmacy operations serving diverse clinical units including ICU, OB/GYN, ED, and oncology
