Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services within a hospital pharmacy department on a 431-bed acute care campus
Utilize Meditech documentation system and DoseEdge/Pyxis ES equipment to manage and verify medication orders
Support pharmacy operations across Trauma, Stroke, and Surgical Services service lines
Ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient medication therapy
Required Qualifications
Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmacy experience with previous hospital experience required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Experience with automated dispensing systems (Pyxis ES) and DoseEdge
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in Trauma, Stroke, or Surgical Services pharmacy support
Familiarity with hospital pharmacy workflows in a high-volume acute care setting
