Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmacy services within a 267-bed inpatient and 100-outpatient facility operating 24/7 Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians in accordance with California law (2:1 tech-to-pharmacist ratio) Utilize Cerner EMR and Omnicell dispensing cabinet systems for medication management and dispensing Support a diverse patient population including NICU, pediatric, adult, geriatric, and oncology patients Participate in sterile compounding and IV preparation as needed Complete floor-specific orientation and adhere to departmental protocols and professional dress standards Required Qualifications
Active California Pharmacist license (required) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Prior experience as a licensed pharmacist (no new graduates) Familiarity with Cerner EMR and automated dispensing systems such as Omnicell Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Experience / Skills
Pharmacy residency completion and/or Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) designation Experience in oncology infusion center settings Sterile compounding and IV admixture experience Why Join Us
