Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmacist services in a retail/outpatient setting
- Dispense medications and counsel patients in accordance with applicable standards of practice
- Work a rotating schedule Monday through Saturday, with varying shift start and end times throughout the week
- Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to ensure safe and effective medication management
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, credentialing, and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Pharmacist license in-hand and in good standing — must be verified at time of submission
- BLS certification required at time of submission
- Must be available to complete required compliance lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place
- Travel candidates only — candidates within a 110-mile local radius will not be considered
- All required compliance documents must be submitted by the hard deadline prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Willow Ambulatory pharmacy systems strongly preferred
- Prior travel assignment experience highly preferred
