Key Responsibilities- Perform pharmacist duties in support of an Epic EMR conversion initiative
- Utilize Epic and Cerner systems to accurately document and manage medication orders
- Provide pharmacy services with awareness and competence across pediatric and neonatal age groups
- Complete IV preparation and administration support in compliance with facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all EMR systems used throughout work history
Required Qualifications- Current, active Pharmacist licensure
- Current Epic experience is required
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
- Must pass IV training
- Familiarity with pediatric and neonatal patient populations
- Demonstrated completion of at least one full employment or contract engagement with verifiable EMR usage history
Preferred Experience / Skills- Age-specific competence with high-risk pediatric and neonatal patient groups
- Experience supporting or working through an EMR system conversion or go-live
