Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across a main campus and satellite clinic locations
• Deliver direct patient care to a diverse patient population including neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients
• Ensure consistent pharmacy services in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support inpatient and outpatient departments with clinical pharmacy services as needed
• Participate in rotational coverage including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
• Current, valid, and unrestricted Pharmacy license in a U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Must be able to clear a fingerprint background check prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or ambulatory care pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with serving diverse or underserved patient populations
