Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across main campus and satellite clinic locations
- Deliver direct patient care services to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patient populations
- Serve as a clinical pharmacist supporting both inpatient and outpatient departments
- Oversee specialized pharmacy-based clinics and conduct ongoing analysis of clinical services to maintain and develop high-quality care programs
- Administer policies and procedures and direct programs and activities in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Provide technical and administrative supervision to pharmacy staff including staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy billers
Required Qualifications- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
- Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Must be able to clear a fingerprint background check prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a multi-specialty or referral health center environment
- Background in clinical pharmacy services across diverse patient populations including oncology and obstetrics
- Experience in a supervisory or clinic management capacity within a pharmacy setting
