Key Responsibilities- Dispense and verify medications in accordance with applicable pharmacy standards and regulations
- Review and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy
- Maintain accurate patient medication records within the electronic health record system
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Washington
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
- Ability to work scheduled contract dates as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system highly recommended
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
