We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to support a busy hospital pharmacy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented technician who thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting and enjoys playing a critical role in patient care behind the scenes.

Working under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, you'll assist with medication preparation, compounding, dispensing support, and medication distribution to help ensure safe and effective patient care.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process medication orders under pharmacist supervision
• Assist with sterile and non-sterile compounding activities
• Support inpatient medication dispensing operations
• Maintain accurate medication records and inventory
• Prepare medications for distribution throughout the hospital
• Follow pharmacy safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Utilize pharmacy technology systems and workflow processes efficiently

Requirements

✅ Active New Hampshire Pharmacy Technician License required by start date

✅ Compounding experience required

✅ Inpatient Pharmacy experience strongly preferred

✅ Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program preferred

✅ PTCB Certification preferred

✅ Ability to work varied 10-hour shifts

✅ Availability for 2-3 weekends per month

✅ Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices

✅ Experience with hospital pharmacy workflows and medication preparation

✅ Immunization-certified technicians highly preferred

✅ Experience with McKesson EnterpriseRx preferred

✅ Must meet all facility onboarding and compliance requirements
