Job Summary: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position in Manor, Texas. This full-time outpatient role offers an opportunity to work in a community-focused environment within a growing outpatient network. The position involves performing comprehensive patient evaluations, delivering evidence-based treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, educating patients, and maintaining accurate documentation utilizing Scribe AI-powered technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform.
The caseload typically consists of approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.
