Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to orthopedic conditions and functional rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not eligible for this role)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Willingness to adhere to clinic scheduling standards, including double-booking of follow-up visits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with high-volume outpatient clinic environments
