- Minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays required

- Travel experience is welcomed; over 4 years experience in outpatient settings preferred, including adult, adolescent, and geriatric care, with experience in home health, outpatient orthopedics, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and ICU settings
- Equipment, electronic medical records, trauma level experience considered a plus
