Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Riverdale, NJ responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to facilitate effective return to community activities. This role requires delivering high-quality outpatient therapy, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to organizational standards and professional codes of conduct.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years minimum experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignment with your agency; successful completion of an assignment with the organization
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans focusing on discharge within the established length of stay, and documents care accurately and timely. Participates in student programs with appropriate supervision and contributes to professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and safety. Demonstrates skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, and safety practices.
