Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in a facility setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date is 09/21/2026 and end date is 12/21/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; Location requirements may apply.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dry needling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participation in student mentoring programs. Must maintain professional licensure in good standing and adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies.
