Outpatient Physical Therapist in Houston, Texas. Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; minimum experience of 0 years.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Has successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously; has previously completed an assignment with the organizations staffing agency.
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, creates individualized treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participates in student educational programs, develops professional growth plans, adheres to State Practice Act and other regulatory standards, maintains licensure in good standing, and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates clinical reasoning, safety awareness, and ethical conduct throughout all professional responsibilities.
