Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient in Scappoose, OR. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on rehabilitation and patient care, following established clinical protocols and standards. The role requires maintaining active licensure and completing documentation as required by the organization and external agencies.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active physical therapy license, at least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, Oregon state licensure, ability to start on 08/03/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient rehabilitation, familiarity with electronic documentation systems
• Additional information:
  • Will be required to complete some documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN Healthcare's clearance process prior to starting the assignment
  • Must have an active license at the time of assignment; no compact licenses accepted for this role
  • Equipment will be provided during the interview and the assignment
  • Parking will be provided starting on the first day of the assignment
  • Dress code details will be provided on the first day
