Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located at a healthcare provider in Crosby, Texas. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective progression towards discharge. The therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, and students, while adhering to safety and professional standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and active licensure for the state of Texas.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or the organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy preferred.
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, maintains accurate medical records, participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
