We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality home health services to patients throughout the East Region of Connecticut, with a primary focus on the shoreline area. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes to improve mobility, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
