Position is for an outpatient physical therapists in our developmental department. It is on-site in The Woodlands in our outpatient building. The position this contract is covering would work a day shift on Mon, Th, Fri, Sat; however, I’m open to 12 hour shifts of Mon, Th, Fri (7:00-19:00). If we agree to do the 12 hr shifts, we’d likely give them remote access to finish documenting remotelyThe Woodlands Campus, outpatient building, 2nd floor. Working in our outpatient developmental therapy clinic along side other PTs, OTs, SLPsTemporary license (Physical Therapist) is acceptable contingent upon permanent license obtained prior to temporaryexpiration date
