Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Work alongside physicians and the rehabilitation team to restore function, improve mobility, and help patients achieve their recovery goals.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care.
Required Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by state or facility)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
Experience with EMR documentation
